AVAILABILITY
The Drift Gallery is available for rentals Spring through Fall. Interior event space is approximately 1000 square feet and can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 100 standing guests and 50 seated guests. The Kolb Gallery also functions as a Bridal Suite. Outdoor and tented space is available for larger parties. Please ask!
2015 RATES
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
Beer and wine may be served to those of legal age, and must be provided by a licensed caterer or bar service. NO hard liquor, please. One police officer must be present during events serving alcohol. To hire a police officer please contact Portsmouth Police, Tel: (603) 427-1500
MUSIC
The open-concept design of the gallery means the acoustics inside are not conducive to large musical acts, or amplified DJ's. We offer a sound system that works with an iPod for ambient music. One to four piece string ensembles are an excellent fit for the space. Exterior performances are welcome, however they may not be amplified due to NH State Parks rules. During the Summer season, our neighbor, the charming Little Harbor Chapel is available to rent for musical performances, ceremonies, etc. and is just a short walk (1/10 mi) from Drift Gallery for post-performance receptions and events.

2015 RATES
- $150/hour, Minimum of 4 hours (approximately 1 hr set-up/1 hr break down, 2 hour event) Shorter events can be accommodated.
- Use of the kitchen is an additional $100 fee
- Functions over 30 people, $1,200.00 rental fee for up to 7 hours (including set-up and clean-up time), includes cleaning fee. Additional hours: $150/hr
- An additional cleaning fee will be charged and varies with each event.

- Three 8-foot plastic tables with 30 matching chairs

HOUSE RULES
- The gallery is only responsible for preparing the rental of its space and kitchen area. All art exhibitions will be left intact for the event. Partitions cannot be removed if installed for an exhibition.
- There can be absolutely nothing hung, nailed, or taped to the walls at Drift Gallery without the prior written approval of a gallery representative.
- A gallery representative must approve all publicity concerning Drift Gallery.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the gallery.
- No glitter or confetti is allowed on the premises.
- In the event of any damages occurring to any artwork or to the physical condition of any and all public space inside or outside, the renter will be held solely responsible and will be billed accordingly. This includes, but is not limited to scratches, nicks, and breaks.
- No other art-related events may occur at the gallery without prior approval.
